Spaghetti with Zesty Bolognese

What You Need

small onion, chopped

1/4

cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing

lb. extra-lean ground beef

can (15 oz.) tomato sauce

can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained

3/4

lb. spaghetti, uncooked

Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese

1/4

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

It's for dipping and dunking and mixing-upping. And yes, for salad too.

Make It

COOK and stir onions in dressing in large skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Add meat; cook on medium-high heat until browned, stirring frequently. Stir in tomato sauce and tomatoes. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low 15 min., stirring occasionally.

MEANWHILE, cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.

REMOVE sauce from heat. Add Neufchatel; stir until melted. Drain spaghetti; place in large bowl. Top with sauce and Parmesan.

Well, we made this tonight as the first of the 5 dinners/1 bad. Spaghetti is the favorite meal for all of us, so we were excited to try it. It was good, and I'd make it again, but we think we'll stick with our regular spaghetti and meatballs. This wasn't bland, but it didn't have as much flavor as we're used to.

This is my go to recipe when we get tired of spaghetti with meatballs. It has a wonderful flavor & the whole family likes it. I also make something simular using ravioli.The dish is delish!

We love this recipe! I make it just as the recipe states, except we've found it to be much tastier using the Kraft sun-dried tomato dressing instead of Italian.

my daughter loved it. My husband said it was okay. The next time I will double the tomato sauce and the dice tomatoes.
