Spaghetti with Zesty Bolognese

What You Need

small onion, chopped

1/4

cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing

lb. extra-lean ground beef

can (15 oz.) tomato sauce

can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained

lb. spaghetti, uncooked

Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese

1/4

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

It's for dipping and dunking and mixing-upping. And yes, for salad too.

Make It

COOK and stir onions in dressing in large skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Add meat; cook on medium-high heat until browned, stirring frequently. Stir in tomato sauce and tomatoes. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low 15 min., stirring occasionally.

MEANWHILE, cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.

REMOVE sauce from heat. Add Neufchatel; stir until melted. Drain spaghetti; place in large bowl. Top with sauce and Parmesan.

This was surprisingly good. Tasted very much like spaghetti that I usually make, only a much healthier version.

I was so prepared to think this was junk but it was incredible. We topped it with fresh basil and cheese and thought it was great. Not bolognese, but extremely good in its own right. Very, Very good.

This was very tasty. I was skeptical with the italian dressing, but it did add a really nice flavor. We will make this again.

I thought this was really good but my husband was kind of blah. I added some spinach to it and it was kind of watery.. I think next time I will make the recipe as is.
