Spaghetti with Zesty Bolognese

What You Need

small onion, chopped

1/4

cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing

lb. extra-lean ground beef

can (15 oz.) tomato sauce

can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained

3/4

lb. spaghetti, uncooked

Tbsp. PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese

1/4

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

It's for dipping and dunking and mixing-upping. And yes, for salad too.

Make It

COOK and stir onions in dressing in large skillet on medium heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Add meat; cook on medium-high heat until browned, stirring frequently. Stir in tomato sauce and tomatoes. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low 15 min., stirring occasionally.

MEANWHILE, cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.

REMOVE sauce from heat. Add Neufchatel; stir until melted. Drain spaghetti; place in large bowl. Top with sauce and Parmesan.

Yum! Yum! This was an excellent recipe and was very simple to make. The prep time was a smidge longer but the taste made up for the wait. This is one of my favs.

This dish was so easy yet so delicious! I actually used already-made sauce instead of the tomato sauce and diced tomatoes and added some of my own chopped tomatoes. Another great addition was mushrooms! Will definitely be making this again and again!

This recipe is amazing! My 1 and 2 year olds can't get enough of it! It is so easy and tastes fantastic. And I love the idea of cooking the onions in the Italian dressing...I've started using that in a lot of my other recipes!

This recipe is so simple and delicious. I would have never thought of mixing these ingredients together but they turned out really good. My husband served himselves 2 more times - he loved it!

The kids were begging for spaghetti (a staple at our house) and I wanted something different. This was wonderful. The sauce was tangy and creamy from the Italian dressing and cream cheese. We all loved it and I will make it again!

This was a big hit with the whole family! I loved the homemade sauce, and it was so easy to make! A wonderful alternative to the usual jar spaghetti sauce we use. My husband took a bite and said it was "delicious!" Definitely will use this recipe again!
