Very simple and quite delicious. I omitted the mushrooms because I don't like them, and substituted bacon bits for the bacon strips. Will definitely make again!

I really enjoyed this meal. It was delicious. I substituted with the Real Bacon Bits and it turned out great. I also added black olives...

I added pasta to it also and cut the chicken in to pieces. Really good!

This is in my "go to" recipe notebook. We serve it over pasta and my husband always says it tastes like something we'd get at an italian restaurant. All 3 kids love it too!

Amazing is the word I would describe this dish as.It could stand alone as a great side dish without the chicken. The stewed tomatoes and the cheese go perfectly together. A must try!

I loved this recipe!! It was so easy and my 5 y/old and boyfriend LOVED IT! My chicken turned out to be so tender and I added green and red peppers to the menu and it was AWESOME!

I make this often, adding the veggies that I have around the house. Using boneless, skinless chicken thighs is a good alternative, too (they don't get dry and cook fairly evenly). I usually serve it over hot pasta.
