I changed the recipe to be more of a mexican dish. I used mexican style tomatoes, fried up onions, garlic,a jalapeno and nopales (catus). I was looking for a change for my chicken, I know have a new dish to add to my menu. I definately will try it with the italian flare next time. Thanks for the recipe idea.

This is my favorite recipe by far. It's SOOOOO delicious. I love mushrooms so I throw in a whole box of them and I also put in extra bacon 'cause we like them too. The best part about it is that it doesn't take long to make.

We LOVED this recipe! The recipe and the picture looked so weird but I wanted to try something new and different. This was by far one of my favorite Kraft recipes that I've ever made. My husband and I absolutely loved it. We don't like mushrooms so I didn't even put them in and it still tasted good. Also, instead of using just mozzarella cheese, I added some cheddar in there as well. Try this! It's excellent!

This is delicious!! I opted not to include the bacon and served it without the rice enjoying it more like a summer goulash accompanied with a ceasar salad/bread. For the mushrooms we used "Mini Bellas" and wished we had put in more than the 3 cups.

My husband and I loved it! I added basil and garlic for a little more flavor.

I liked this recipe but kids really didn't. Leftovers went in the trash.

I absolutely love this recipe and so does the family. This recipe is so easy to make and is very flavorful. I make it just as the recipe says and it turns out perfect everytime. I use the microwave back and them crumble it on top of the mixture, which it way faster.

Wow. This was so good! It reminded me of a dish my Mother used to make for us when I was a kid. I didn't change a thing to the recipe, and it turned out perfect!!

Have made this in large quantities in the oven by preparing the tomato mixture on the stovetop, while brasing the chicken breast at the same time, transfering the chicken to a baking pan, pour the sauce over the chicken, put in the oven at 325 for approx 30 minutes, sprinkle the bacon and cheese over the top, return to oven for another 5 minutes then serve over brown rice. Only takes about 10 extra minutes than the standard 4 serving recipe. My family loves this, we make it at least twice a month.
