I used italian spiced diced tomatoes and it really increased the italian flavor of it. Very good and my family liked it too!

This recipe was so easy and it will look just like it does in the picture. This was a definite crowd-pleaser; even my picky 3-year-old loved it! We put it on top of white or whole grain brown rice. I will say that it makes a DEFINITE difference if you put imitation bacon bits in it--do not do this! It ruined it for us! We have loved this recipe so much it has become our "weekend treat" and our "birthday meal"! HA HA~~

I made this recipe last night and it turned out really good! I put it over wheat spaghetti noodles, which was really good. I also browned the chicken before I put it in with everything else and used canned mushrooms. There were no left overs, I would recommend this.

VERY easy to make and my son (who can be picky with new things) LOVED it! I used canned mushrooms which worked just fine. Definately would make again :-)
