Wow! I loved this recipe and to my surprise my husband did as well. He's not a big mushroom eater but loved this recipe. It was very easy to make and I loved the variety that it added to my same old chicken routine. I would definetly make it again. It was too easy and quick to make.

I seasoned chicken with garlic salt prior to cooking as well; I topped the chicken with the mozzarella cheese and bacon once it was plated. Delicious! Ihe kids gave it a thumbs up.

Great flavor! I made mine with fresh bacon and sauteed the onions and mushrooms in the bacon drippings. I also used diced tomatoes since it's what I had, and sprinkled the chicken with garlic powder. Served with egg noodles - great combo! My husband loved it and requested more bacon next time.

This was fabulous! The chicken breasts I had were huge though. I used diced tomatoes and doubled the tomatoes, paste, dressing, bacon and cheese. I served it over pasta. The whole family LOVED it!
