I don't like peas so I substitued carrots and it was still great. Corn would also be a great veggie for this dish. It was flavorful and moist. The fam loved it.

I used the pork chops instead of the pork tenderloin. It was easy to make and my family loved it a lot I am going to make this dish again.

I used the pork chops, instead of the pork tenderloin. It was still great. I'm not the greatest cook, but this was a good recipe for me. I would love to try the pork tenderloin next time.

My family loved this recipe, dinner was great! It was a little too sweet but that is because i put extra dressing. So now I know not to try that again.

Excellent taste. I love veggies but I would not put in three cups in this recipe

I make the stuffing separate so it does not get mushy. We love this and have it often!

I made this for dinner last night and it was a hit. I used chicken gravy and some low-fat Italian dressing I had in the pantry. I didn't find the flavor too zesty like some other reviewers noted. I also added frozen corn instead of the peas because my family prefers corn. The dish came out very flavorful without being overwhelming and the gravy kept the stuffing moist without being soggy. I will definitely make this again!

The Zesty Italian was a little overbearing. Started good but got stronger as you go.
