Very delicious comfort food! I took the advice of others on this recipe; I made the stuffing separately and set aside. I only had canned peas and I used 3/4 of the can. I cooked the medallions, gravy and dressing together. In a serving dish I layered the dressing, some of the peas, the saucy medallions and more peas. Viola, dinner served!
I would make this again.
