Not very good-maybe on a cold night as comfort food, but it was kind of blah.

I liked this recipe, but will not add the italian dressing next time. It was a little too tangy for my liking! Also, use pork tenderloin, the pork chops were not very tender!

This was okay...I followed other reviewers' suggestion and kept the stuffing on the side. I also used pork gravy instead of turkey gravy. The flavor of the dressing was just enough to make the gravy a little yummier. I'll probably make this again if I need a quick and easy pork recipe, but it wasn't anything special.

Instead of stuffing I made Sour Cream & Chives Mashed potatoes. It was very good.

This was super delicious! I made it with fat free turkey gravy and wild rice instead of stuffing. I cooked the wild rice on the side and then cut up the pork into bite size pieces and mixed it all together: the rice, pork, peas and gravy.. its was great! My roommates loved it!

Very delicious comfort food! I took the advice of others on this recipe; I made the stuffing separately and set aside. I only had canned peas and I used 3/4 of the can. I cooked the medallions, gravy and dressing together. In a serving dish I layered the dressing, some of the peas, the saucy medallions and more peas. Viola, dinner served! I would make this again.

After reading the other reviews, I decided to double the gravy recipe and only add one cup of peas. It was quite good! The only thing I will do differently next time is not adding the stuffing to the skillet. It kind of soaked up all the gravy.

While this was a very hearty and good dish, it came out looking a little bit like slop. We liked it though!

This is a really good meal. It is simple, but good. This is a great recipe for picky eaters also. It definately provides variety as well since you can subsitute chicken and pork chops but the tenderloin is the best. I will be making this again.
