Saucy Pork Medallions

What You Need

tsp. oil

large pork tenderloin (1-1/2 lb.), cut into 3/4-inch-thick slices

can (10 oz.) turkey gravy

1/4

cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

cups frozen peas

pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken

Make It

HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook 5 min. or until each piece is browned on both sides, turning after 3 min.

MIX gravy and dressing until blended; pour over meat. Add peas; bring to boil. Meanwhile, prepare stuffing as directed on package.

SPOON stuffing over ingredients around edge of skillet; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 8 min. or until stuffing is heated through and meat is done (145ºF). Remove from heat. Let stand 3 min. before serving.

Variation

Substitute 6 boneless pork chops (1-1/2 lb.) or 6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.) for the pork tenderloin. Prepare as directed, increasing the meat browning time to 10 min. and increasing the final cooking time until stuffing is heated through and chicken is done (165ºF).

My family is very picky when it comes to pork, but everyone likes this. I don't put the peas in, my family doesn't eat them. The pork tastes excellent and is relatively tender, and the dressing makes a nice side item.

This recipe is delicious!! It was very easy to make and everyone enjoyed it! I added a can of mushrooms, used only 1 1/2 cups of peas, and waited until the very end to add the stuffing so that it wouldn't be soggy! I will definately make this dish again!

My family loved the recipe. I did cook it longer because I wanted the peas soft. The sauce was delicious. Next time I will make it in my electric frying pan which is a little larger. My husband raved about it and he doesn't do that often.

This was very good and very simple. Next time I will add a smidge more italian dressing just to give it a bit more zing. Also, I agree with another reviewer: the amount of peas called for is obscene. And I love peas - but I only used 2 1/4 cups of peas, and it was still WAY too many. Next time I will probably use 1-1 1/2 cups - 3 is out of hand. Seriously. But otherwise, it was very good!

I liked this recipe; it was fairly easy to prepare. I used bone-in pork chops, 2 cups of canned sweet peas, and served over mashed potatoes; no stuffing. Definitely too many peas even after reducing amount to only 2 cups. I would reduce the peas to maybe 1 or 1 1/2 cups. I don't think my husband liked the sauce with the dressing added in. Next time, I may try the recipe without the dressing. Overal--not bad but not amazing.

Excellent dish, I made it in my electric fry pan. I only added 2 cups of peas, which was plenty & used bone in pork chops. I simmered it for 1 hr & served with mashed potatoes. I will make this again. I would serve this dish to company!

I thought the sauce was runny - I didn't like the Italian dressing mixed with the gravy. It was a strange taste. Also, there were too many peas. It made everything else taste like them.
