Saucy Pork Medallions

What You Need

tsp. oil

large pork tenderloin (1-1/2 lb.), cut into 3/4-inch-thick slices

can (10 oz.) turkey gravy

1/4

cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

cups frozen peas

pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken

Make It

HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook 5 min. or until each piece is browned on both sides, turning after 3 min.

MIX gravy and dressing until blended; pour over meat. Add peas; bring to boil. Meanwhile, prepare stuffing as directed on package.

SPOON stuffing over ingredients around edge of skillet; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 8 min. or until stuffing is heated through and meat is done (145ºF). Remove from heat. Let stand 3 min. before serving.

Variation

Substitute 6 boneless pork chops (1-1/2 lb.) or 6 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/2 lb.) for the pork tenderloin. Prepare as directed, increasing the meat browning time to 10 min. and increasing the final cooking time until stuffing is heated through and chicken is done (165ºF).

This recipe is so quick and easy to make. I serve with a side of mashed potatoes. Also, instead of just peas, I use mixed veggies.

This meal was super easy to prepare and it was very delicious. I used pork chops instead of the pork tenderloin and it came out wonderful. We had enough for lunch the next day as well. I recommend this recipe.

While the enderloins was nice fried, the rest of the recipe just did not have a lot of flavor and was rather bland. Was not a hit with my family.

This was gross. There were too many peas, and the dressing was a weird addition. Basically, just jarred gravy mixed with peas over pork. Not good at all. I should have known by reading the recipe it would be nasty, but I gave it a try because most recipes on here are good. This one is definitely an exception. I will not make this again. Yuck.

This is pretty good, but like others said WAY too many peas and pork should be served on stuffing or stuffing on the side, mixed makes it all mushy. I've altered it this 2nd time and it's pretty tasty.

This was okay, but I would recommend cutting back on the amount of peas. I love peas, but this had way too much. Probably won't make again.
