I really liked this dish. My husband loves pees, so the more recipes that include them that I can find the better.

I altered this recipe a bit. I left out the peas. I would agree with other postings. Leave the stuffing separate as it gets mushy in the skillet. The pork was nice and tender though! I will make an altered version of this dish again.

My husband and I weren't too crazy about this dish. The salad dressing seemed out of place. There were too many peas. I would have preferred the pork with sides of stuffing and peas instead of it all combined.

I typically love all of the recipes on this site, but this one just didn't work. For one I would leave out the salad dressing. Also, I would cook the stove top on the side so it doesn't get as mushy.

Next time I wouldn't mix in the stove top I would just serve everything on top of the stuffing. Mixing it in made it mushy.

This recipe is so easy! My very picky 3 year old even ate it. This is a winner, next time I may try adding aspargas instead. Great flavor and all around just good.
