I used BL pork chops instead of the pork loin and more gravy than what the recipe called for to make sure it wasn't dry. I thought this didn't have much flavor and thought the dressing taste was a little strange in this recipe. Also, I didn't like the dressing spooned in the skillet, it got a little mushy. I like having new recipes but think I'll skip making this one again. Thanks anyway!
