I came across this recipe a couple of years ago and fell in love with it! It's a simple way to stay in and get that asian flavor you're craving at home. I tweek the recipe a little to my liking. You can substitute or add any vegetables and it tastes wonderful. It's easily one of my favorites and so simple!

I made this for dinner tonight and will not be making it again. The meat was bland. I even let it set longer in the sauce than the recipe calls for. This meal went to the dogs.

I made this for dinner last night and it was a big hit with my non-picky eaters. Hubby thought it was bland and the 2 year old and 13 year old woulnd't touch it because of the veggies, but the rest of us adored it! Made it verbatim but next time, I will add some red pepper flake to give it a bit of a kick. I served it with egg rolls and extra dressing to dip them in.

fabulous!! The whole family loved it and I felt good feeding it to them! We had it with the baked crab ragoon recipe and they went well together.

Loved this meal. I would put the carrots in with the pasta sooner than the recipe suggests.

Tasty, easy and quick recipe. I used frozen broccoli stir fry veggies instead of the broccoli and carrots, and instead of adding them to the boiling water, I thawed them out and mixed it in with the beef. Also added a little more teriyaki sauce and low-sodium soy sauce - yum!!

We love this meal! When I make it I don't add the veggies to the pasta, I use frozen asian veggies and add it to the pan with the meat. I also use 1/4 cup light zesty Italian dressing instead and minced garlic instead of the ginger.
