I am making this tonight and wondering if any of you that have already had this can tell me something? Is 1/4 cup of tomato paste enough? It just doesn't seem like it would be saucy enough for me. Thanks! Jennifer

This recipe was delicious and easy to prepare. We are a two-person household, so had two more servings for our "brown-bag" lunch the next day. This will definitely be a repeat meal for us.

What a great "30 Minute Meal". Easy and a lot of flavor. Completed it with a garden salad and garlic bread.

Again- if I can get a two year old to eat it, it's great! Simple to make- definitely start pasta first, I didn't and it took a while!

I made this last night, it was quick, easy and tasted great. As a lower fat alternative to pork sausage (and bacause my kids don't like pork sausage) I used a combination of hot italian seasoned turkey sausage and sweet italian seasoned chicken sausage.
