I had never stuffed shells before, but this was easier than I expected. I did replace the cottage cheese with ricotta, which was very good.

A lot easier than I thought and very delicious! My 8 year old daughter does not like spinach or cottage cheese, however surprisingly LOVED this recipe!!

This was really good. I did use ricotta instead of cottage cheese and I added an egg to the cheese & spinach mixture. I loved it.

We don't like cottage cheese so we made this with ricotta cheese instead. Delicious!

I loved this very easy recipe. My husband loved the cottage cheese instead of ricotta. Next time I will make a double batch to freeze some, but I don't think they will last that long. I have passed this recipe on to my friends.

This recipe is awesome! I love stuffed shells but husband really dislikes ricotta which is the standard filling for stuff shells. Making stuffed shells with cottage cheese gets this dinner a thumbs-up from everyone in my family.

I have made these several times for friends and they are always begging me to make them again. I added 1 lb of sausage to the mix though and didn't use as much spinach. It made them a little more filling.
