I used fat free cottage cheese instead of low fat, but next time I'd rather use fat free ricotta instead. It was a little sour with the cottage cheese...and no it was not expired.

Easy to make, and it was so delicious. My husband thought it wouldn't taste good if it was with cottage cheese instead of ricotta, but he liked it and would love to have it again! thanks!

This was very good! I added mushrooms and crab meat to it for a little more flavor! I would definitly make it again!

This recipe are awesome! No complaints at all with the taste. However, as a very new cook, it took me longer to make than the recipe said; perhaps I'll get quicker if I make it again. Which I plan on doing, because its so yummy - my parents loved it and my boyfriend was very impressed.

Great recipe! I made if for my husband and I, and took the leftovers to work - all of my coworkers begged me for the recipe after eating what was left! Very fun to make, only suggestion would be to add a dash of salt to bring out the flavors.
