I've made this recipe twice, and it's a huge hit! Very tasty! Sometimes I'll add meat into the cheese mixture, and make my own sauce!

I have never made nor have I ever eaten stuffed shells. I did not like this recipe at all - seeing how high the reviews are, I am assuming it's just me! I had no problem making the shells or filling them...just didnt like it :)

I had to double the recipe, as I have a large family. I made 20 shells as recipe calls for, except I used ricotta cheese instead of the cottage cheese. I made 10 with Italian meatballs and cheese mixture. I made another 10 with no spinach. ALL were a hit! My family said to put this on the ONCE a month list! At least!

DELICIOUS!!! eASY TO MAKE!!! CAN'T GO WRONG! I think i will use ricotta next time, i prefer the texture vs cottage cheese. I also beat an egg and added it to cheese mixture to help hold everything together!

I added about 1/4 cup of the sauce to the cheese mixture and added 2 cloves of garlic and a little olive oil to the sauce. It was very tasty and fancy.

This is a very simple, healthy, tasteful meal. I have made this exact recipe (omitting the extra tomatoes) for company several times and it is always a pleaser. Last year I even made the shells ahead of time for a camping trip, and then just heated them up in a pot with marinara sauce. Delicious!

Next time I make this I plan on using less spinach, it was a bit too overpowering. Overall a descent dish.

AMAZING. A huge hit in my household. Takes a bit to make them, but the outcome is worth it. They're great if you want to make extra and freeze them for dinner at a later time. I made my own spaghetti sauce using tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, cream cheese, and zesty italian dressing. I swear by it. Will make again and again and again and again.
