I've made this many times and my kids LOVE it! Its the only way they will eat spinach.

This was dish was amazing! I followed the recipe exactly and it was definitely delicious! I may try ricotta cheese next time, but the cottage cheese worked very well also.

This was a great meal! I browned extra lean ground beef with some diced carrots and bell pepper and used a vegetable spaghetti sauce to that but other then that I followed the recipe. I think the spinach is a good amount but we really like spinach! Husband and kids loved it, we all agreed to make this a regular!

Half of my family enjoyed it. The spinach was the hardest ingredient for them to accept.

I enjoyed making this recipe very much. It did seem to be just a little too much spinach; I will probably not use the entire 10 oz next time. I chose the low salt cottage cheese; I would advise not doing that, just use the regular cottage cheese.

This is my FAVORITE stuffed shells recipe. I use the Hunt's Mushroom Sauce with it. I eat it until it's gone. No matter how many times I have it leftover, it's good EVERY time. I've even given it out several times upon request.

AWESOME! Used beaters on Cottage cheese to break up a little (more like Ricotta), also used fresh spinach sauteed with a little garlic and seasonings. Also instead of tomato, I used a drained can of diced tomato. Whole family loved this, and SO low fat!

This recipe is excellent! I changed it up a bit...I added 1 pound of cooked ground pork, used half the pack of spinach and used a whole 32 oz container of cottage cheese. This is one of my new favorite recipes and everyone that I made it for loves it!

I love this recipe. My husband requests it at least once a week! It's easy, fast, and really good! Highly recommended.

This is even better the next day warmed in the microwave.
