The whole family liked this recipe. Even the picky one! I used ricotta instead of cottage cheese and added some extra italian seasoning and garlic to the filling. It was a good meatless meal that we will make again!

I thought this turned out great. I was able to use a few more shells than the recipe called for though..

added garlic garlic, basil and oregano instead of ital. seasoning. Super yum!
