Excellent, my whole family loved it. I use ricotta cheese instead of cottage cheese

This recipe is pretty good. It looks so elegant!! I had suggestions to cut down on the spinach and put meat in it. I will definately make this again and again!

This recipe is a bit time consuming but well worth it, my sweetheart can't ever get enough of it nor can I.

Very good, easy recipe. Made it before work, popped it in the fridge and just had to put it in the oven when I got home. I added browned ground beef to the cheese mixture, and cut back on the spinach a bit. It seemed like a rather large amount of spinach. Made 2 pans - one for dinner, one for the freezer.
