This was AWESOME!! I replaced the cottage cheese with ricotta cheese and added fresh garlic to the sauce. It was sooo easy too!! MUCH easier than trying to stuff manicotti!!

This is delicious! I used fat free ricotta cheese instead of cottage cheese and I added some garlic powder to the mixture. My husband and I love this recipe!

This recipe was very easy to prepare but I decided to use low fat ricotta instead of the cottage cheese and it still came out great. My boyfriend and I both enjoyed this meal.

I made this for my in-laws and they wouldn't stop eating. I was so excited. I will be adding this recipe to my monthly rotation.

This recipe is delicious! I actually stuffed the cheese mixture into manicotti because that is what I had on hand. I also threw a couple tablespoons of pesto sauce in the mix. It was fantastic!

A little time consuming and messy to stuff the shells, but they taste great. It was a big hit and I will definately make these again.
