This recipe was not bad. There was a little more spinach than I liked, and I think I would add hamburger instead of spinach the next time. However, they were very fun to make and fill.

I'm on a low carb diet, so I used portabella mushrooms instead of the shells. I just removed the stems and the gills of the mushrooms and then prepared as directed. Everyone (even my husband who hates veggies) loved it. I will definitly make this again and again.

Very good! I didnt know if i would like the texture of the cottage cheese so i put it in the foodprocessor to make it smooth! SOOOO good! Everyone (including my husband whos a picky eater) loved it! I made this with manicotta pasta instead of shells because my grocery store did not have shells. Worked great!

My husband likes meat in his pasta so I browned about a pound of ground chuck and added it to the sauce. Also, I didn't have any tomatoes so I added a can of Italian style diced tomatoes. Turned out very yummy and filling! My husband and dad loved it. The kids weren't too wild about it though. It makes a nice presentation as well.

My family really liked this recipe. Based on previous comments, I added 1/2 ricotta in place of 1/2 the cottage cheese and I used a little less spinach. It was delicious!

My family loves it, it was so easy to make! I stuffed about 25 shells. We thought that there was too much spaghetti sauce though.

I really enjoyed making this dish because it was easier than I expected. I wouldn't change anything on the recipe and my family loved it. I served it with the Ultimate Stuffed Mushrooms (which was another winner!).

Wonderful! I added some garlic powder, diced onions and green peppers for some extra flavor.

Really good. I also put ground beef on the bottom of each shell. I made 25 shells.

This was delicious and 4 shells for 1 serving was very filling. I was thrilled that I could eat this on my Weight Watchers Flex Plan-it's only 7 points. I served this along with a tossed salad with tomatoes and carrots. I usually like meat in my main dishes but it wasn't even missed-what a great way to get some spinach in your diet too!
