Great recipe. Everyone loves it. Sometimes I add cooked Italian Sausage because my husband likes meat dishes.

This is almost identical to the way in which I make lasagna, so I don't need to make it to know that it's good. What I like bout this recipe is using a different vehicle (pasta) to accomplish a similar outcome. Clever -- and I'm going to try it next time in the place of lasagna.

My family LOVES this recipe. It is one of the few things that my husband will take the leftovers for lunch. I use fat free cottage cheese and fat free Mozzarella to make it lighter.

I have never attempted to cook anything like this before and WOW what was I waiting for!!! This is by far the best dish I have ever tried and I have made it at least twenty times. It is a constant request from my sisters. It does not taste like it is a low-fat dish. Try it at least once!!

I've never had cooked spinach until I made this. I don't like cooked spinach, but other that that, it was good.

This recipe was easy and economical. It was very satisfying even for my brother in law who is a big eater. I think kids would love this recipe.I will serve this often.

The cheesy stuffed shells are delicious. They're easy to make and look beautiful after they're baked--special enough for company. I used ricotta cheese instead of the cottage cheese because it's what I had on hand.
