I love lasagna, but my stomach has never really gotten along with ricotta cheese. When I saw this used cottage cheese, I was a little weary, but it was the best lasagna I have ever eaten!

Perfect!!! The best lasagna I have ever had! My husband really loves it. We make it with half hamburger and half italian sausage.

YUM! It was refreshing to find a recipe that included Italian food that was still kind on calories for dieting. It was very easy to make.

This was pretty good, but it wasn't the rich, hearty taste I usually expect from a lasagna. The sauce was also a little runny, but it could be the brand I used.

I added an extra half jar of sauce, cottage cheese and half bag of shredded cheese and I didnt have tomotoes and forgot to add the parmesan cheese but was excellent.. BF said that adding sausage would be great so gonna add some chicken sausage next time.

Yum yum. This recipe is delicious. I doubled the measure of meat in the recipe because both my husband and I love a meaty lasagna. To balance the altered recipe, I added some extra shredded cheese. Definitely worth trying.

This lasagna was DELICIOUS. The one change I made was to use a can of diced tomatoes with roasted onions, undrained (since I was using oven-ready lasagna noodles, I wanted the extra liquid), in place of the chopped tomato. I think that swap pushed it over the edge, because it was out of this world good with the added flavor of the roasted onion.
