This was easy and delicious! However, I used a pound of ground turkey because 3/4 didn't seem to be enough. But it was great and my kids loved it!

This is a wonderful recipe to use as make ahead for a busy weekenight or to slow cook the sauce for a weekend supper when the weather turns cold. My go-to lasagna recipe ~ the only one I'll ever need!

I was so pleased with this recipe. It is low calorie and low fat and it turned out wonderful! I used no-bake lasagna noodles and it turned out fine!

"My Husband and I LOVED it! Very good! My husband had no clue it was cottage cheese.. he was suprised when I told him! Since I'm only cooking for two.. next time I'll make this in two small dishes and freeze one for another meal! GREAT!"

This recipe was awesome! I used fatfree ricotta cheese instead of cottage cheese. The only thing bad about it was I had no left overs because everyone went back for seconds.
