This was one of the best lasagna's I've had. The fresh tomatoes in it were delicious. My family ate it all up!! Would definatley make again!

Great lasagna! I omitted the tomatoes as other comments suggested and it wasn't watery at all. I used no-fat cottage cheese and was a little worried that there wouldn't be enough flavor, but it turned out wonderful. I brought leftovers to my parents house and they had no clue that it was a very healthy version of the classic! My husband always wants this for dinner.

I used whole wheat noodles. It was great! Since I cook for just my husband and me, I had enough left over for 2 more meals.

The first time I made this I followed the recipe from your 2006 magazine. Your web site for the same recipe indicates additionly using 1 Egg and 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese. Personally, I prefered the original 2006 recipe.

I have never made lasagna before. My husband is italian and wasn't sure if I could pull this one off. Well, I did and it was FANTASTIC! I will make this again for sure! I followed some other sugestions, I omitted the tomato, and added extra sauce. Otherwise followed it exact. This was a great recipe for a first timer!
