I make this when I want lasagna but don't want all the fat and calories. It could use a little more sauce but it's pretty good. The cottage cheese is a great idea because when cooked it's really smooth. My toddler will eat this but she won't eat the usual lasagna because she doesn't like the texture of ricotta.

Did you forget the lasagna noodles in the ingredients list? How many? Are they parboiled?

A serving size would be approximately 3"x4".

I've made this recipe several times now and it's fabulous every time! My husband isn't big on pasta dishes and he always asks for more of this one! I'd definitely recommend it!!!

This recipe was easy and delicious. I used whole wheat noodles, ground turkey and ricotta instead of the cottage cheese. I will definately make this again.

Loved this recipe - and using cottage cheese was an ingredient that was suprising - and my family didn't know that they were eating it!

I made this and it was a total train wreck. I did use the whole wheat pasta however, cottage cheese and lasagna...it's just wrong! If I'm going to lower the fat and calories, I'll opt for ground turkey and part skim ricotta.

Great recipe- but I opted for whole grain lasagna noodles --- and assembled mine with uncooked noodles. Just add 1/4 cup water to the sauce - the noodles cook in the oven and absorbe the extra fluid. Much easier!
