This was the easiest lasagna I've ever made! It was so good, the family loved it!
I thought that this was a wonderful recipe. It took no time at all to put together and the fact that its lower in calories is great. My mom and fiance' enjoyed it very much and we all agreed that you would never guess that its made with cottage cheese instead of ricotta. The sauce that i used is Fazios Sacillian Meat Sauce and its in the freezer section with the raviolli. A great sauce to use if you like a sweeter meat sauce. (you need 2 15oz. containers, defrosted.)
this was the first time I ever made Lasagna , it was the best !!! my family of 3 men loved it. I made it one of the top meals in my book.
I made this recipe exactly how it said to and it turned out amazing. I even messed up by forgetting to cook the lasagna noodles first.
It's good but needs more sauce. A little too dry for our taste. I will add an extra jar of sauce next time.
I have made this at least 5 times ~ a little time consuming but WORTH IT! VERY GOOD, I used ricotta cheese instead of cottage cheese. Family went on how great it was and ate THE WHOLE THING!. I will definitly be making this again!

This recipe is a little lite on the sauce for my taste.
This recipe was great. it lasted for three days for my husband and i. the only thing i did different was : I didn't cook the noodles all the way. only until they got a little soft in the water, i figured that way, the water in the lasage would absorb in the noodles and it turned out awesome! i will make ie for the inlaws.
I've made this recipe 3 times now. When I pulled it up tonight there were some ingredients in it that never were before, the egg and parmesan cheese. I'll keep making it without because I think it's perfect the way it is. I'm on weight watchers and I think this is Fantastic!!
