This lasagna was DELICIOUS. The one change I made was to use a can of diced tomatoes with roasted onions, undrained (since I was using oven-ready lasagna noodles, I wanted the extra liquid), in place of the chopped tomato. I think that swap pushed it over the edge, because it was out of this world good with the added flavor of the roasted onion.
My kids love it ,and all my kids freinds love it... HUGE hit in our house
This recipe was real tasty. I took the advise of a reviewer and added tomato and garlic diced tomatoes and was not disappointed with the outcome. I will be making this again!
Delicious and so easy to make. Made this with my 7 year old and he really loved it.
I used this recipe to make my first ever lasagna. Not only was it easy but my family (even my tomato hating father-in-law) loved it! I'm getting ready to make two more!
Super DELICIOUS lasagna! I have made this several times. My family and guests alike all rave how much they love this dish! I do omit the chopped tomato and sometimes I sub Ricotta cheese for the cottage cheese; although I think this particular recipe is better tasting with the cottage cheese. One user suggested adding more hamburger to make it a heartier dish and I couldn't agree more. I always make this with a full pound of hamburger. The garlic and oregano give this lasagna divine flavor!
This was very good. Both my husband and I loved it. I substituted wheat pasta instead of regular and couldn't tell. It was even better as leftovers the next day.
i used a jar of spinach and cheese sauce, 1/4 tsp of nutmeg, 1/4 of a medium sized white onion, I omitted the tomato. I used marble cheese. and a full lb of ground beef.
Quick, easy and kid friendly! My picky toddler actually ate three helpings.
I had never made lasagna before & this was an easy and tasty dinner. My husband and my kids loved it. One thing I did do differently was use the no-cook lasagna noodles and cooked for an hour.
