LOVED THIS!!! so easy to make and tastes so yummy, especially for being healthy! i made veggies for a side dish- filled us up and had plenty of leftovers. will def. make again!

Excellent!! I used the flat, no cook lasagna noodles and they worked just as good, if not better, plus it saves time and one less pot to wash!!

Not a 5 only because "the masses" do not seem to appreciate Parmesan cheese and garlic. However . . . personally . . . I think a 5.

I had never made lasagna before & this was an easy and tasty dinner. My husband loved it and I loved the no fuss dinner. One thing I did do differently was use the no-cook lasagna noodles- couldn't tell a difference & it cut out the extra pot!

Very easy and delicious! I loved subsituting cottage cheese for riccotta it made the recipe light but still filling and satisfying. Will definately make this again.

I really like it, next time I think I will double the recipe though, I like big thick lasagna, it thought it was a little thin, but other than that, Great! Family loved it!

Whole family loved this lasagna. Next time I make it, I will add mushrooms and spinach to give it a bit more flavor.
