I loved it. We had it one night and then leftovers the next. I'm having a small gathering on Sunday and I plan on making 2 of these lasagnas! More leftovers. =P

Best lasagna I have ever eaten,I made one simple substitution though, I removed the Cottage cheese and replaced with fat free ricotta

Pretty good for a shorter time in the kitchen! My family really liked it. I would recomend adding more hamburger than called for. This gives it a heartier finish.

The cottage cheese actually gave this meal a better flavor than regular lasagna. It was INCREDIBLY tasty. Definately use fresh tomatos vs canned. I will be making this many more times.

This was very easy and tasted great! I made it one night refrigerated it and cooked the next night - took about 60 minutes for it to cook. Next time I would add more spaghetti sauce.

The directions seemed a bit off - use only 1 cup of the cottage cheese mixture per layer? Huh? I couldn't spread that little amount across the whole 9x13 pan. It should have been spread 1/2 the mixture across each layer, since you only make two layers that have the cottage cheese in it. I ended up having a 3rd layer on top of the last layer of noodles. Oh well, it was still tasty.

Needs double the cheese (I did 1 1/2 times, which was not enough) but it's good!
