Cheesy Spinach and Artichoke Dip

What You Need

can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped

pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

3/4

cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise

1/2

cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1/2

tsp. garlic powder

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

COMBINE ingredients.

SPOON into 9-inch quiche dish or pie plate.

BAKE 20 min. or until heated through.

Substitute 1 env. (0.7 oz.) GOOD SEASONS Italian Salad Dressing Mix for the garlic powder.

This made-over version of the popular artichoke dip uses 3/4 cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise instead of regular KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise, and a blend of Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses instead of the 2 cups mozzarella used in the original recipe. These simple tweaks save over 50 calories and 5.5 grams of fat per serving when compared to the traditional artichoke dip.

Had great taste but needed a lot more mayo and/or cream cheese than the recipe called for. It was very thick. I added 1 8 oz. cream cheese and could have used another 8 oz. of either that or mayo.

Totally delish! Super easy to make. I added medium chopped water chestnuts for a crunch. Total success, everybody loved it!

Phenomenal is all I need to say to describe this! You can make this in under 10 minutes...it's super easy. I used regular mayo because I don't like the flavor of light mayo. And I used two minced garlic cloves instead of powder because I had them on hand.

SO GOOD! I made this for a tailgating party and it was a hit. Everyone loved it and it was SO easy to make. It's super flavorful and delicious.
