Cheesy Spinach and Artichoke Dip

What You Need

can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped

pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained

3/4

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

3/4

cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise

1/2

cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1/2

tsp. garlic powder

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

COMBINE ingredients.

SPOON into 9-inch quiche dish or pie plate.

BAKE 20 min. or until heated through.

Substitute 1 env. (0.7 oz.) GOOD SEASONS Italian Salad Dressing Mix for the garlic powder.

Serving Suggestion

This made-over version of the popular artichoke dip uses 3/4 cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise instead of regular KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise, and a blend of Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses instead of the 2 cups mozzarella used in the original recipe. So good... topped grilled chicken breast the next night with leftovers and a little extra cheese. popped in oven to heat....yummy

Everyone loves this served with pita chips and also with sliced carrots. It's easy and delicious.

This was so easy and so good. I mixed it up in the morning and put it in the frig. After a day at the beach, I popped it in the oven and we had a wonderful quick appetizer for a hungry bunch of beach bums. This one is going in the recipe box for sure.

Delicious! In the past, I've made spinach and artichoke dip using cream cheese. This recipe was a lot lighter, and the mayo gave it a good flavor. I will definitely be making it again!
