This was so easy and so good. I mixed it up in the morning and put it in the frig. After a day at the beach, I popped it in the oven and we had a wonderful quick appetizer for a hungry bunch of beach bums. This one is going in the recipe box for sure.

Delicious! In the past, I've made spinach and artichoke dip using cream cheese. This recipe was a lot lighter, and the mayo gave it a good flavor. I will definitely be making it again!

I have been making this recipe for a few years now. Hands down, the best I have ever made. I add some extra mozzarella cheese on top prior to baking. There is never any left. I have shared this recipe with tons of people. Best part is telling them I use reduced fat products. Still so tasty and delicious.

I made this recipe for company & everyone loved it! I accidentally bought marinated artichoke hearts & it tasted too vinegary to me, but my guests didn't mind. It's a matter of preference, but I will use plain next time!

Made as stated, but put it in the crockpot afterwards to stay warm. It was really good and I am not a huge artichoke fan.
