Cheesy Spinach and Artichoke Dip

What You Need

can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped

pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained

3/4

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

3/4

cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise

1/2

cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1/2

tsp. garlic powder

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

COMBINE ingredients.

SPOON into 9-inch quiche dish or pie plate.

BAKE 20 min. or until heated through.

Substitute 1 env. (0.7 oz.) GOOD SEASONS Italian Salad Dressing Mix for the garlic powder.

This made-over version of the popular artichoke dip uses 3/4 cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise instead of regular KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise, and a blend of Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses instead of the 2 cups mozzarella used in the original recipe. I made this dish on New Year's Eve....it went so fast...I served it with tortilla chips...yummy! The family loves it...I will definitely be making this again real soon. *I added a few onion(white ) to it this time, next time, I'm gonna try some red onion/shallots.

I've made this before and was not impressed. However, this time I tweeked it and it was amazing. Instead of Mozzarella Cheese I used Montery Jack Cheese, added minced garlic, and a little crushed red pepper.

I made this dish for Thanksgiving as an appetitizer along with tortilla chips. We could not stop eating it especially my sister-in-law. Those who missed out were upset. I am making it for Christmas eve and New Year's Eve.

Made it for a potluck at work. Everyone loved it. I served it with tortilla chips. The dish came back to me empty!
