Everyone loved this dip! It was better than the restaurant versions. Even my 8 year old niece loved it.
Everyone loved it! They said that it was better than anything you could buy in a store & the best part was----- it was so EASY to make!
My two year old loved it was a sneaky way to get some vegetables in it. I did add a little extra cheese was very gooey and yummy.
I love this at Mimi's Cafe, so I tried it at home. All I could taste was the spinach. It was not very creamy or cheesy, just spinach. No one in my family liked, it got thrown out.
This recipe is simply amazing!! I made it for my boyfriend and he said that it was the best spinach and artichoke dip that he has ever eaten anywhere. It tastes better then the restraints. I strongly suggest to anyone who loves ordering this dish out to make it once and you will be addicted.
Not a fan. The mayo makes it yucky!
I made it with fresh spinach and it turned out fabulous. My husband and brother-in-law loved it as well. I wasn't sure if it was turn out well with fresh spinach since I didn't have any frozen spinach but it worked out very well. We were excited that we found a recipe we coud make because the frozen premade ones you buy at the store are expensive and we only bought them if they were on sale. I highly suggest making it if you love the restraurant style dip.
Didn't have the Mozzarella on hand, but added 8 oz. of light sour cream and 8 oz of cream cheese well blended to the recipe. Served it at a recent St. Patrick's Day party and everyone loved it and wanted the recipe. When the kids kept wanting more I had to make a second batch the same day! Make sure you drain the spinach very well. I used a fine strainer pressing down well to drain and I still afterward squeezed the spinach in several paper towels. Try it, I know you'll enjoy it--we did!
Great and Easy recipe! It tasted just as good as the TGI Friday's dip, with a lot less fat and calories. Will definitely make this again (and take it to parties)
This was not good! What it tasted like to me was Mayo and Artichoke Hearts.
