I made one with artichokes and one with mushrooms as a snack for a family card game. They were both delicious and got rave reviews. I'll get a lot of mileage on these. Great for home and away parties.

I make this recipe at least twice a month. My family loves it! Just had it tonight actually, we eat it with ciabatta bread.

It was pretty good, healthy. I put it on a baked potato as leftovers and that was actually better than by itself. Very strong on the spinach.
