Very blah. Tried it in the crockpot which worked well, about an hour on high. Smelled really yummy before mixing in the spinach. I would only try it again without the spinach and with very little, I'd probably have to add more spices to it as well.

My husband and daughter both said that this recipe was a keeper. They both wanted to make sure it was not too fattening. I told them it had 2% mozzarella and reduced fat-olive oil mayonnaise, which pleased them. I like the flavor and enjoyed it on Triscuits.

Would agree with Marjorieann11 to add real diced garlic. The recipe didn't have enough zip for me with garlic powder.
