This tastes fantastic and is easy to make. I assemble it then put it in a 1 qt. slow cooker on high for an hour so that it's ready when guests arrive and it stays warm until it's all gone.

This is a fantastic restaurant favorite that is less expensive and tastier made at home. I added another 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, a dash of seasoned salt and pepper, some nutmeg and more garlic powder to punch up the flavor. We ate it as a side dish with homemade chicken strips and multi-grain crackers. The whole family loved it.

YUM! So simple and SO tasty on crackers and tortillia chips. To give it a bit of a kick add 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes and/or substitute a cup of small boiled shrimp for the artichoke hearts. Family and friends gobble up this dip every single time!

I really liked it. Tim, not as much because there was no meat. T.J. suggested it would make a good stuffing for stuffed pork chops. Hmmm ... good idea.
