Cheesy Spinach and Artichoke Dip

What You Need

can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped

pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained

3/4

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

3/4

cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise

1/2

cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1/2

tsp. garlic powder

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

COMBINE ingredients.

SPOON into 9-inch quiche dish or pie plate.

BAKE 20 min. or until heated through.

Substitute 1 env. (0.7 oz.) GOOD SEASONS Italian Salad Dressing Mix for the garlic powder.

This made-over version of the popular artichoke dip uses 3/4 cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise instead of regular KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise, and a blend of Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses instead of the 2 cups mozzarella used in the original recipe. This was a hit with the family at Christmas - even the kids. I immidiately got requests for New year's and it was . I will definately keep this in my recipe book.

I have made this a total of 12 times for different occations. It is GREAT!! but I added some chopped fresh garlic. Wonderful!!! great recipe and easy!!!

Great Recipe. I mixed this up the day ahead and refrigerated overnight. I topped with a touch of mozzeralla cheese before baking. A definite hit for Christmas.

Very good. I baked it in wonton wrappers (see Baked Crab Rangoon recipe) and it was like dip in a chip. Took to two parties - 48 hours even improved the flavor. Very simple - will definitely repeat often.

This was really close to restaurant style. I wish it were a little creamier but that may have been that I purposely poured a little more parmesan than called for. All in all it tasted really good and was super easy!
