I've made this twice with rave reviews! I played with the recipe between the two preps. I reduced the spinach to half a package (I'm always conservative with spinach anyway!) and substituted with 1/2 cup of light Miracle Whip, and then 1/4 cup of light mayo and used a mixture of shredded Parmesan and grated...gave it more flavor, thus bringing more rave reviews!

I served this at my "Girl's Night Out" party and I had requests for the recipe! I prepared the ingrediants ahead of time and pulled it from the fridge when I was ready to pop it into the oven. What made it even better was knowing that it was heathy!

too thick, too much spinach, and minimal flavor

Very good. Would make a good appetizer for a party or a family dinner. Just don't forget to put your frozen spinach in the fridgerator or you'll have to thaw it in the microwave!!

This is a good receipe, but be sure to chop everything! Or it is too chunky for chips.

I took the advice of the last person and used less spinach in the recipe. We all just loved the dip. I'm going to try to mix in some mushrooms next time to see how that tastes.
