Cheesy Spinach and Artichoke Dip

What You Need

can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped

pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained

cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

3/4

cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise

1/2

cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1/2

tsp. garlic powder

Make It

HEAT oven to 350°F.

COMBINE ingredients.

SPOON into 9-inch quiche dish or pie plate.

BAKE 20 min. or until heated through.

Substitute 1 env. (0.7 oz.) GOOD SEASONS Italian Salad Dressing Mix for the garlic powder.

This made-over version of the popular artichoke dip uses 3/4 cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise instead of regular KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise, and a blend of Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses instead of the 2 cups mozzarella used in the original recipe. I have made this countless times over the past few years and it is always a hit! I add about a cup of mozzarella cheese and I also put the artichokes in my mini food processor to chop them very finely. It makes the dip creamer.

I have been making this recipe for 5 years now and it is always a hit! This is the easiest recipe to make and definitely the best spinach and artichoke dip recipe out there. I've tried so many recipes before this one and none of them were as good. The only thing that I do different is add Badia complete seasoning instead of the garlic powder and I top the dish with extra cheese before I put it in the oven.

I have made this dip several times,especially during holidays. I tried a different recipe for Christmas. My daughter let me know right away that she wasn't happy with my decision to change recipes. I will NEVER do that again. This dip will always be on my table for Christmas!! Simply put, we love this dip!
