I made this dish on New Year's Eve....it went so fast...I served it with tortilla chips...yummy! The family loves it...I will definitely be making this again real soon. *I added a few onion(white ) to it this time, next time, I'm gonna try some red onion/shallots.

I've made this before and was not impressed. However, this time I tweeked it and it was amazing. Instead of Mozzarella Cheese I used Montery Jack Cheese, added minced garlic, and a little crushed red pepper.

I made this dish for Thanksgiving as an appetitizer along with tortilla chips. We could not stop eating it especially my sister-in-law. Those who missed out were upset. I am making it for Christmas eve and New Year's Eve.

Made it for a potluck at work. Everyone loved it. I served it with tortilla chips. The dish came back to me empty!
