Family devoured this! I needed something quick and this was simpler than apple pie! I doubled the sauce ingredients after reading previous reviews. I added about 1/2 tsp of garlic powder. Other than that...easy, breezy, lemon squeezy. This is a keeper.

I made this for my co-workers and they ask for thus all the time. I serve this as an appetizer so I don't use the rice. The flavors are so delicious. This is a regular for me

Adding the garlic and ginger are a must. Plus double the sauce or the outcome will be too dry. In fact, I may triple the sauce next time to really soak into the rice. I used pineapple preserves for the jam in the recipe - YUM! Pure pineapple preserves are a little hard to find, I found a store brand I used (Publix)

Very good and easy. I double the sauce ingredients, and I add pineapple chunks and/or pineapple-apricot preserves instead of just apricot jam.

It was tasty, so I will make it again, but I will make more sauce. The rice was kinda dry.

If you would have ever told me I was going to eat stir fry meatballs, I would have told you, you were crazy. This was so good. It was very easy to make and I couldn't stop eating it.

Much better than I expected with the limited seasoning. I did add the garlic powder. For how quick and easy this is, it is worth making once in a while.
