This recipe is very tasty and easy. Instead of using the stir-fry vegetables with the peppers and onions (my husband doesn't like peppers), I used a stir-fry mix with broccoli, carrots, snap peas, etc. They worked just as well. I also used a little fresh ginger to jazz it up. Very good. Definitely a keeper recipe.
This was super easy. I will wait to add the veggies next time. They got over done while waiting for the meatballs to cook. It did need a little extra flavor and I think pineapple would be a great addition. My picky 6 year old thought the meatballs were good. Chalk this up as a meal where I didn't have to make a hotdog for him :-).
Fabulous! My husband and daughter both raved over it, looks like it took forever to make but was simple!
Incredibly easy and fast. Even my 2 year old liked the meat balls. I would like for the sauce to ahve been thicker so it stuck to the meat balls but aside from that is was great.
This meal was very tasty. I will definately be making this recipe soon!
Love this recipe. It is so simple. And the sauce taste just like sweet and sour!
When I told the family we were having Sweet & Sour Meatballs, they all turned their noses up. Needless to say there were no left-overs. They loved it! I used Italian Style meatballs and it had a very good taste. Easy to make and now a favorite in our family.
Very tasty. The whole family enjoyed this. I might add some pineapple the next time for little extra sweetness.
I made this recipe as is except I used red, green & yellow peppers for extra color then instead of using the 1/4 cup of water I used 1/4 cup of pineapple juice and added chunked pineapple. I can't believe how great it tasted and how easy it was to make I will definitely make again!
If you're looking for a quick, tasty meal...this is it! I substituted the apricot jame for pepper jam and added some pineapple w/the juice. I would definitely make this again.
