This was SO easy, and SO good! I fixed with minute rice. I sat down with my serving, took 2 bites and got up, my husband asked "where are you going" and I said I have to put this recipe in my cookbook, becuase this one is a keeper! and he agreed.

This was super easy, quick and WONDERFUL! My husband and I just loved it. Def make extra sauce...I doubled mine. First served it over spaghetti and served the leftovers over rice. The rice was much much better! This will be a regular in our home.

Very nice Chinese flair - my husband and daughter are Chinese food fans anyway, but they loved it! I liked it but am not a sweet/sour pepper kinda woman, so I did not expect to love it. I also didn't expect to like it as much as I did!

I actually make this recipe two different ways - one with catalina, honey, soy sauce and garlic and another with toasted sesame dressing, orange marmalade, soy and hot pepper flakes. Both versions are great and I never have any left-over.

I made this as an appetizer and added the extra ginger and garlic the night before. The meatballs marinated in the mix over nite. There were no leftovers. Next time I would try them with rice as a main dish.

My family loves these meatballs. They even eat the peppers! I recommend making extra sauce for the rice, if not it's to dry. I In laws loved it to! You don't even know the meatballs are premade, which I but the more expensive ones! She thought I spent alot of time making it :)

So yummy! I've made these for two get togethers this week and they went so fast. I made just the meatballs and put them on toothpicks as appetizers. Everyone LOVED them.

This came together very quickly. The sauce was very good and I loved the meatballs in it. I wouldn't have ever thought to use those in a sweet and sour dish.
