I only used green peppers and onions in this, and it was delicious!! I'd make this again and again.

I added a small can of pineapple chucks with the juice. I double the sauce to make extra. Great weeknight meal. Fast!

Very easy. I added more meatballs and a small can of pineapple chunks, drained. Made it even better!

This is such a great and easy meal. I couldn't find apricot jam, but found an apricot spread with peach and passion fruit inside and it worked amazingly well. I love adding pineapple chunks and using fresh veggies as well. I also use mini meatballs and my kids love them. We've made this meal at least 5 times already!

This was a pretty good meal. I love how quick and easy it is to put together. I served with instant brown rice. Next time I make this, I'll use the good quality apricot jam, not the store brand, and maybe add some ginger and garlic like suggested. The pineapple chunks are wonderful when added! Just kind of lacks that real "sweet and sour" taste. Not bad, overall.
