My husband loved this and he is not a fan of frozen food! I really liked it also and I loved how quick and easy it was. I will be making this again!!

okay all i had on hand was grape jam... it was still fantastic. i used fresh peppers and onions, and added the garlic and ginger. amazing!

Just an odd mixture. Was not impressed.

I could'nt find the pepper and onion stir-fry mix so used fresh vegetables instead. Also, subtituted peach preserves for the apricot. All-in-all, it turned out great!

It was edible. The mixture of soy sauce, apricot jam and catalina didn't do it for me. Won't be making again.

This recipe is very tasty and easy. Instead of using the stir-fry vegetables with the peppers and onions (my husband doesn't like peppers), I used a stir-fry mix with broccoli, carrots, snap peas, etc. They worked just as well. I also used a little fresh ginger to jazz it up. Very good. Definitely a keeper recipe.

This was super easy. I will wait to add the veggies next time. They got over done while waiting for the meatballs to cook. It did need a little extra flavor and I think pineapple would be a great addition. My picky 6 year old thought the meatballs were good. Chalk this up as a meal where I didn't have to make a hotdog for him :-).

Fabulous! My husband and daughter both raved over it, looks like it took forever to make but was simple!
