I just finished this spectacular lunch. Crispy, cheesy - wow. I didn't add tomatoes (didn't have them on hand) but I layered single slices of swiss, salami, american, roast beef, turkey and more swiss. The combo of swiss and american makes a creamier cheesy experience without losing the taste of the swiss. Outstanding. This sandwich can be done so many ways - truly versatile and the Miracle Whip is just as promised. The standard store-ought pre-sliced white Italian bread I used had perfect crunch.

These are all great!! We mix and match ingredients to our preference. The only thing I would change is that I do not add tomato or lettuce until after the sandwich is grilled.

I used the variation with the salsa. It was GREAT. My hubby keeps asking for me to make it again.

These are all very tasty. We eat sandwiches often and I'm always looking for new ideas so it doesn't get boring.

This is a teen crowd pleaser! I was in a hurry and oven baking took a little longer than the recipe stated, so I baked them in the broiler (much faster)

I made Ham and Swiss sandwiches on Sourdough - they were just delicious. The portion sizes are big, one could easily be split. Enjoy!
